Is this who we are
Hey guys!!! Saw this video today and wanted to share it with you all. Was wondering if you guys felt like this defines our generation of 20/30 somethings.
if you're asking whether this defines the 20-30 something. yes, kind of. I have found that many long for something better than what "church" offers. however, I agree with bill, we cannot love Christ and not love the church. she is His agent for the here and now. maybe a reshaping? or better yet, a re-setting of the gospel foundation which we've neglected to live out in mutual sharpening community for some time now. thought provoking vid though...

Can you love Jesus... and not love "church"... his body?
I think it's very interesting that the lyric says, I love the CAUSE... not the act? Hmmm. Is Jesus just a cause?
And Jesus only love? Read Matthew 23 for a new understanding of love.
