Crazy Creatives

This is stuff that is filed under: "Things that make me think and resonate with my sprit."

I honestly didn't think this slide show/interview would be that great... but there are moments of pure genius here. And it's a short interview... with pictures : )

Some of my favorite quotes from the slide show/interview:

"The best advice I can give is to get as much input as you can, and then don't follow any of it."

"Avoid all drugs and late week nights out. Basically be what losers call a 'loser."

"My daily routine is wake up, do things that make me afraid, eat, draw, sleep, repeat. If you're afraid, your on the right track. Keep at it!"

"Math was my favorite art class at school."

Note: This is not a "Christian" thing per say, though I could make an argument that anyone who is a crazy creative is bringing glory to the God of creativity (as long as the creativity is not some form of sin). Click here to check out the slide show/interview.

As some of you may have guessed, I think there are some connections to being a disciplemaker in an age when few are even talking about disciplemaking. (That makes YOU a crazy creative.) What connections do you see? Click the comment link below... would love to hear what you're thinking.

"Avoiding you life passion out of fear is a no-no in my book." As long as you get your work done, right?

"Taking the same path as someone else did results in getting you close but never where you want to end up." Don't we need to take the same path as Jesus? Isn't that why we've gotten different results in the church?
