We had so much fun at the PALCO Saturday morning of training volunteer ministry leaders! We packed out Grace Presbyterian's high school youth room with volunteers from your ministries. It was a fun, highly interactive, and rich time of hunkering down on what it means for us to follow Jesus and help students follow Jesus.
For a measly $5 per person, we put about $20 of training materials into the hands of volunteers so they could continue to drill down on following Jesus together back in their local church ministries.
Times around the table were rich in Word, prayer, encouragement, community and practical application—and accountability.
Many of the groups went out for lunch after the training to continue to process and apply—not just to our lives—but to our ministries.

It was so much fun to be with PALCO leaders and the volunteers who serve Jesus with them.
You can bet lecture and talking from the front was kept to a minimum.
We had two goals for the morning together...
1. To encourage hearts to love Jesus and students.
2. To equip hands to serve Jesus and students.
